GICA, in collaboration with the General Directorate of Food Industries (DGIA) and the PAMPAT project, is pleased to make available a Guide to Good Processing Practice for Tunisian dried tomatoes.
This guide has been developed to support the professionals in the sector by providing clear guidelines on:
– Current regulations;
-Good hygiene and processing practices;
-Preservation methods;
– The various types of dried tomato products.
A practical tool for improving product quality, safety and value.
