As part of its ongoing efforts to improve quality, GICA, with the support of the PAMPAT project, organised a sensory analysis panel calibration training course on June 2nd and 3rd, 2025, at the CTAA, for the benefit of its experts.
The session, led by Karima Gabsi (EuroSensoLab), aims to establish a professional sensory analysis service to support the agri-food sector. A partnership agreement signed with the CTAA will enable the GICA to offer new services to harissa and dried tomato producers to enhance the quality and competitiveness of their products.
