
As of October 22, 2020, global tomato processing forecasts are estimated at 38547 thousand tons, of which 96% comes from member countries of the WPTC (World Processing Tomato Councel) i.e. 36982 thousand tons.
For the third consecutive year, Tunisia maintains its tenth place in the world production of tomatoes, with an increase of 18% compared to the year 2019.
