Canned Food Industries Group (GICA) participated in Seafood Expo Global 2026, held from April 21 to 23 in Barcelona, one of the most important international trade fairs dedicated to seafood products.
This global event serves as a strategic platform bringing together key industry players, fostering trade exchanges, building partnerships, and exploring new market opportunities.
The Tunisian pavilion, with an area of 216 m², hosted GICA’s participation alongside several other exhibitors representing the sector. Among the ten Tunisian exhibitors present, GICA was the only one showcasing a range of canned seafood products, making it a key player in the development of this segment. The pavilion attracted notable interest from professional visitors, offering opportunities to establish contacts with importers, distributors, and potential partners from various markets. The exchanges that took place during the trade fair open up promising prospects for export growth and the diversification of market outlets in a climate focused on sustainable development.
