De point de vue consommation de conserves alimentaires, les conserves de poissons (Thon, Sardines et maquereaux) occupent la 3\u00e8me place \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle nationale apr\u00e8s les conserves de tomates et de Harissa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Issues\nd&rsquo;une appertisation ne n\u00e9cessitant aucun additif ou conservateur, les conserves\nde poissons ont la particularit\u00e9 de pr\u00e9server les\nqualit\u00e9s originelles des poissons, gardant ainsi des apports nutritifs\nint\u00e9ressants. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong><em>Conserves de thons&nbsp;:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le thon en conserve, le poisson pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 des Tunisiens, se marie facilement \u00e0 plusieurs plats cuisin\u00e9s. Il repr\u00e9sente un aliment complet id\u00e9al pour enrichir une alimentation en prot\u00e9ines, en s\u00e9l\u00e9nium et en de nombreuses vitamines. Il justifie \u00e9galement son r\u00f4le de protection des syst\u00e8mes cardio-vasculaire et nerveux ainsi que les masses osseuse et musculaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De tous les poissons, c&rsquo;est le plus riche en <strong>prot\u00e9ines<\/strong> (presque 30g de prot\u00e9ines\/100g), il est \u00e9galement riche en <strong>Vitamine D<\/strong> et <strong>B<\/strong>, en <strong>Phosphore<\/strong>, <strong>acide docosahexa\u00e9no\u00efque (DHA<\/strong>), et en <strong>antioxydants<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong><em>Conserves de sardines&nbsp;:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le plus souvent consomm\u00e9es en sandwich, les\nconserves de sardines devraient \u00eatre plus valoris\u00e9es en Tunisie. Ce petit\npoisson repr\u00e9sente une mine de vertus nutritives, de part sa richesse en <strong>Om\u00e9ga3<\/strong>,\nen <strong>vitamines B12 <\/strong>et <strong>D<\/strong>, en <strong>calcium<\/strong>, en <strong>phosphore<\/strong> et\nen <strong>prot\u00e9ines<\/strong> (24g de prot\u00e9ines\/ 100g).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Id\u00e9alement d\u00e9gust\u00e9e avec ses ar\u00eates, les conserves\nde sardines contribuent au renforcement des os, du syst\u00e8me immunitaire, et au\nbon fonctionnement de la masse musculaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong><em>Conserves de maquereaux&nbsp;:<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Valoris\u00e9 en conserves en Tunisie, le maquereau est \u00e9galement un poisson gras connu pour ses multiples qualit\u00e9s nutritionnelles, \u00e0 savoir, sa richesse en <strong>Iode,<\/strong> en <strong>Om\u00e9ga3<\/strong>, en <strong>prot\u00e9ines<\/strong> (20g de prot\u00e9ines\/100g), et en <strong>Vitamines D<\/strong> et <strong>B12<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"> <strong><em>A chaque \u00e2ge, sa conserve de poisson<\/em><\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Chez l&rsquo;enfant et l&rsquo;adolescent:<\/strong>  Tous les poissons   sont recommand\u00e9s \u00e0 cet \u00e2ge, sp\u00e9cialement les   sardines, qui contribuent \u00e0 une parfaite croissance osseuse.   Les doses   journali\u00e8res recommand\u00e9es sont&nbsp;de l\u2019ordre de&nbsp;:   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>30g &#8212; 3 ans<\/li><li>50g &#8212; 5 ans<\/li><li>100g &#8212; 10 ans<\/li><li>150g &#8212; adolescence      <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>    <strong>Chez   l\u2019adulte<\/strong>:  Tous les poissons   sont recommand\u00e9s \u00e0 cet \u00e2ge.
