de <a>formation <\/a>intitul\u00e9e \u00ab <a>Les\nm\u00e9thodes d\u2019analyse sensorielle de tomate s\u00e9ch\u00e9e<\/a> \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019objectif de la formation est de caract\u00e9riser ce produit\ntunisien et d\u00e9terminer sa proposition de vente unique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deux jours\nde formation th\u00e9orique et pratique ont \u00e9t\u00e9 anim\u00e9s par Mme Karima Gabsi, experte\nen qualit\u00e9 et s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire, dans les locaux du laboratoire d&rsquo;analyses\nsensorielles \u00ab Eurosensolab
