biologiques nocifs dans les\nproduits alimentaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il\nest dot\u00e9 d\u2019une salle d&rsquo;essais de recherche de traces (colorants soudan et\nhistamine), \u00e9quip\u00e9 d&rsquo;une cha\u00eene HPLC (muni d&rsquo;un d\u00e9tecteur UV\/Visible et d&rsquo;un\nd\u00e9tecteur fluorom\u00e9trique).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le\nlaboratoire, assure ainsi les essais suivants
