Fishing takes place between the months of May and November via Pelagic Chalut, the Lamparo or the purse seine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It should be noted that over the past 4 years local anchovy catches have evolved significantly (average of 3900T between 2015 and 2018).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les anchois sont, depuis longtemps, transform\u00e9s d\u2019une fa\u00e7on traditionnelle en semi-conserves sal\u00e9es et\/ou marin\u00e9es.
