products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is equipped with a trace testing room (Sudan dyes and histamine), equipped with an HPLC chain (equipped with a UV\/Visible detector and a fluorometric detector).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The laboratory carries out the following tests:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li> Products derived from harissa: Research and dosage of the sudden dye by HPLC \/
